Spring Dates to Know
Undergraduate and Graduate housing applications for the 2025-26 academic year open on Friday, February 14, 2025. The application and housing deposit are due Friday, March 17, 2025. Housing deposits are $200 for both undergraduate and graduate students.
- Housing selection for Undergraduate students will take place the week of April 7, 2025.
- Rising seniors will participate in housing selection on April 8, 2025.
- Rising juniors will participate in housing selection on April 9, 2025.
- Rising sophomores will participate in housing selection on April 10, 2025.
- Select-a-bed will take place on April 30, 2025 for students who opted not to find a roommate or roommate group.
- Graduate students will be placed in their housing assigments later in April.
Spring Break is March 10-14, 2025. The residence halls close for Spring Break, and students will need to complete an application to stay over Spring Break. More information will be shared regarding this application in the early spring semester.
Summer housing applications for graduate and undergraduate students are open now until March 30, 2025.
Residence Hall Closing Information
Spring Finals Week is May 5-9, 2025.
Residence halls close for undergraduate students for the summer on May 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Late Departure forms will be available via THD in late April.
Senior Week is the week of May 12, 2025. Commencement is on Thursday, May 15, 2025. All graduating seniors and graduate students must move out no later than Friday, May 16th, 2025 at 6 pm*.
*All graduate students who did not apply to stay in summer housing must move out of their spring assignments by this date as well.*
